This may be a result of a new patch or service pack for Windows 2003, but some of my SOAP Web Services are failing now. I think it is because one of the parameters, which comes from a memo field, might be too big.

Does anyone know if there is a size limitation on how much text can be passed through SOAP Web services?

Is it a setting controlled by IIS? Has that setting changed (been reduced) in recent patches?
