Actually, what I was referring to there was that WMD material was missing. That's what that link talks about. The other part... the part about the WMD moving to a neighboring country... that's pure speculation on my part. Although that quote does make me wonder what kind of evidence he was looking for? If they were good at hiding it, would he know?

Remember, too, we're talking about a regime that swore up and down they never gassed their own people. And it took years for anyone to find the evidence.
