Interestingly, the first comment to that contains a link to Rumsfeld's (collection of) rules: http://www.opinionjournal.com/wsj/?id=85000505 ... though it doesn't necessarily mean he abides by them. Most of the collectors just like to look at their treasure, not to really use it for its original purpose.
