>Bought your "Office automation" book quite some time ago but just now getting to use it on a live project. Has there been an update since 2000? If not, am I "safe" (or at least "fairly safe" to use the 2000 book with Word 2000 or Word 2003? I also have an article from Jan 2003 Code magazine - any other articles (VPAdvisor) that would give me a good head start that you can think of (other than reading your entire book).

The book hasn't been updated, but there are a few updates on the Hentzenwerke website. There are some differences between Word 2000 and Word 2003, but mostly it works the same.

The big difference with VFP is the addition of the Object Browser and IntelliSense in VFP 7, which makes everything easier.
