Hello,

I have a MS Web Browser control in a VFP form, and when the file is located on my local hard disk (typically a PDF file) it properly loads the Adobe viewer in the browser control and displayes it.

When I use the same EXE and try to put it into production on the network, using the same computer, I get the little broken window icon in the web browser.

The file does exist, I have a button that does a ShellExecute of the same file reference and it displays correctly in Adobe in a separate window.

I have the NODEFAULT in the Refresh event of the web browser control.

I've tried to delay the use of the browser after the initial .Navigate("about:blank") web page by checking until .ReadyState = 4.

To recap, same EXE, same computer, different file location (of an existing file) generates a broken window icon in the web browser control.

It's driving me nuts!!!

Thanks,

Kevin
