>Uh, paranoia? When one of your national landmarks was destroyed, along with 3000 lives, another was heavily damaged, and a third was a target, that's paranoia? When the perpetrators continually threaten more of the same? Not paranoia at all IMO.

I didn't mean that perjoratively. Of course the US has good course to be paranoid (and many people ARE after you guys). However, refusing entrance to a white UK citizen, with an American wife, on one of their MANY trips to meet his in-laws, just cos he failed to "sign out" (i.e. visa not cancelled) last time he left the States, and refusing entry at the US airport, is taking it too far.

Likewise, I sympathize with the vast majority of Muslims, in the U.S. and elsewhere, who are not terrorists. That said, I think we should continue to profile Muslims. Like it or not, that's who the terrorists are.

No argument with that!
- Whoever said that women are the weaker sex never tried to wrest the bedclothes off one in the middle of the night
- Worry is the interest you pay, in advance, for a loan that you may never need to take out.
