You can print report to a PDF and let user preview PDF and print from there.

>Thanks for the response, although I cannot partake in either option you've suggested. Am I to assume that there is no other way? I find it hard to beleive that its possible to print it in this way but not preview it. Certainly someone has curtailed this limitation with a crafty work around by now.If not I'm sure you've forgotten the third option throwing the PC off the top of the building!
