They say to use a user control to handle site headers and footers now. Ok, fine, let's try that. It works. My Header.ascx recognizes the application objects and can be inserted where I want to. But, usually, when we build a header and a footer on a site, the header usually contains some opening tags such as BODY and the footer will include the closing tag. But, the interface won't accept it. For example, if you build a header.ascx and put a body on it, the interface will complain and say "Element body occurs too few times". So, how are we suppose to benefit of a generic header and footer for a site if we cannot even do that?
