This message has been marked as the solution to the initial question of the thread.
>Is there a way to make the border of a PageFrame disappear? I want to use a PageFrame as a convenient way to conditionally make certain controls visible or invisible. And, to save space, I want to use the same space for one set of controls or for another set of controls; so the PageFrame seems the natural way to go.
>
>The Border of the PageFrame, in this case, is irrelevant for the end-user. The property .BorderWidth is not modifiable; nor are most other properties that might be related to the visible attributes of the PageFrame.

>We are still using VFP 6, but I would also interested to hear about solutions for later versions.
In VFP9 you could change BorderWidth of the PageFrame when You remove TABS, so try (I am not sure if this will works in VFP6)
Set Tabs = .f. and then BorderWidth = 0
