I have VFP 9 and SP1 installed, and I don't note any irregularities. I am trying out in a program (modify command...), by the way.

Ctrl-C will copy the selected text to the clipboard, which can be verified by pressing Ctrl-V later. If some text is selected, Ctrl-V will replace it with the contents of the Clipboard. As far as I could see, this is the same behavior as found in other programs for Windows (like MS-Word, for example).
