IMO in your case is better to use free tables
The disadvantages for using DBC are:
1. if you change table structure you need to copy or alter structure of the table and change the DBC.
2. If any table is corrupted in DBC you can recieve errors.
If you use free tables you can just copy simple any table on the local PC without to worry for DBC.
