Thank you. My viewpoint is that the U.S. is the center of capitalism, no question about it, but that is not all we are. We are certainly not the only capitalist country -- who would have thought Russia and China would embrace capitalism? -- and there is more to us than that. To me our essential characteristic is liberty. As cornball as it can be made to sound, the idea of being free to say what you think, do what you want, and live with little or no oppression has a universal appeal. Are we a perfect country? Heck, no, especially with the current clowns in charge, apparently working as hard as they can to stain our image around the globe. But as has been the case throughout our history, there are a heck of a lot more immigrants than expatriates. We must have got at least part of it right.

This forum is filled with people who came here from elsewhere. They are better qualified to answer your question than I am. I was just born here, and am glad I was.

>Of course. My viewpoint is from outside. Write your own. I like read your opinions everytime...

>>>Sure. I think so it's about pure capitalism. You're so selfist and look world from above. Capitalism makes people that.

>>>>>>>Yes I know this. Turkey did not need to enter the war. And let them be pushed by the Germans. It was a German-Austrian War after the incident in Sarajevo. Not a Turkish issue at all at the beginning.
