Hi jordan,

I know it will be difficult. However on the other hand, I have already one serious reaction. We are not specifically looking into VFP experts (though that would be nice), but more in attitude and intelligence. We hired a very intelligent guy who learned VFP within a few months (we did send him to steven black). The best move we made so far.
