Can you send the rtf as a file attachment to me -- I would like to see the embedded coding; I have not been able to have the rtf control display tables (ms rtf activex). Thanks.

Greg

>>Mike,

>>you should check the contents of the memo field to check if the rtf itself contains any weird things. I have learned (the hard way) that data pasted from Word into the RTF-control leaves a lot of unnecessary (and unwanted) things in there.
>>What we do is to push the data from the memo-field back into the rtf.textrtf property and to write that back into the memofield. It looks the same but the rtf is 'lean'. Word tends to bloat the contents.

>>>I have a Richtext ActiveX control on a VFP form. I'm loading formatted text into the control from a memo field and for the most part, all is well and the text is rendered as expected.
>>>
>>>The problem that I'm having is that when the text contains a table, the cells are all rendered with a border! The rtf was created in MS Word with the table's borders (cells) style set to none. Word prints and previews this correctly (no borders show) yet when this same rtf is rendered via the ActiveX control on the VFP form, it always shows the borders.
>>>
>>>Is this a bug? If not what can I do to eliminate the borders?

>>>All comments and suggestions are appreciated.
