This is along the lines I was thinking of. I was planning to use SnagIt. Did not know irfanview has a timed viewer/displayer. I'd like to avoid Powerpoint as don't have the time (he did give me short notice) to create hundreds of pages. I have not see the PDF yet but I understand it is big.
