I tried the Adobe export but it did not do exactly what I needed with minimal work as there are many pages to extract.
I found that by creating a special config on SnagIT I could start a capture and keep scrolling down until I said when. Repeated this for every page (plenty of 'em). This generated JPGs. Then with Hilmar's recomendation I downloaded irfanview and created a SlideShow.EXE
The problem with PDF is they represent 8-1/2x11"pages from their printed brochire so they are too tall for a screen when viewed at 100%. Hence the scrolling solution.
