IrfanView also has a "capture" option, but it seems to lack the capture/autoscroll combination, which I think you mentioned.
Interestingly, when replying to your message, at least in the beginning I was thinking of IrfanView in terms of helping to process the screen capture; it was only later that I noticed that it also had a slideshow option.
