And one more thing: they're counting the ballots together, and publish their results immediately to the next level, plus each member reports to his party, and all the parties publish them on their websites as they come. With this system of everybody controlling everybody else, it's very hard to smuggle any significant number of ballots. Serbia paid a heavy tuition to get this lesson driven home.


State law says the "majority" party in the house gets 3 members in every one of the 95 counties in TN and the "other" party gets 2. Kinda like the proverbial "stacked deck", ain't it! I'm working on getting that changed too, but I don't know if I can pull that one off.
