>>>I think the most unintentionally hilarious moment in the original Star Wars series -- that is, not counting the recent ones where George Lucas for some reason thought he still had it in him to make a decent movie -- was when the dying Darth Vader takes off his mask for Luke and looks like Mr. Potato Head. Or maybe Uncle Fester. LOL

>>Yeah, I know! :-) I thought the same myself. He had such a kind face too, with smiling eyes and big bags under them.

>Well that's what you get after twenty years of not using your face in public. It doesn't get that pleasantly worn out shine on it. Proper signs of facial atrophy. To me, that was a shot of realism, as much as is needed in a fairy tale.
Fairy tale!? More like a christian allegory: Forgive your enemies and all that. The man had been responsible for countless deaths, destruction of worlds, public murder, even of his own men, for failure in their duty. But he's Luke's dad and "gets Jesus" in the end, and has a kindly smile. Moussaoui's up for the chop just for being complicit in the killing of 3,000 people (mind you - he didn't see the Light Side at his trial, did he)
- Whoever said that women are the weaker sex never tried to wrest the bedclothes off one in the middle of the night
- Worry is the interest you pay, in advance, for a loan that you may never need to take out.
