We have an app that resides on the client’s server and is accessed through user's desktops. I have created custom report feature using Crystal 11 that uses the designer and viewer for their reports.

The customer IT department installed the client's purchased version of Crystal 11 on the server but our program won't recognize the dll. When trying to access the ad-hoc report writer it prompts for the dll. Can I just have their IT department register the CRAXDDRT.DLL or is there more?
