It must be installed on the local workstations. Just registering is not enough. Crystal looks for some of its DLLs in a specific location on the local drive and that can't be changed.

>We have an app that resides on the client’s server and is accessed through user's desktops. I have created custom report feature using Crystal 11 that uses the designer and viewer for their reports.

>The customer IT department installed the client's purchased version of Crystal 11 on the server but our program won't recognize the dll. When trying to access the ad-hoc report writer it prompts for the dll. Can I just have their IT department register the CRAXDDRT.DLL or is there more?
