I'd just replace the Codemine's class names with baseclass names in his code, and that'd be it. There's a list of classes to be used, grouped neatly so you can just put yours instead. Just look for "groupCustom" and you'll find it.

The so-called "visual conversion" gives you forms in read emulation mode, while his converter builds a VFP form.
