Metin, as a fairly neutral european, and as you know am very critical to american acts in the world, I'll say you have to be more objective than this.

If you're going to blame the jews, the brits and the US, You'll also have to mention the terroristic attacks in Africa, New york, Madrid, London, and every attack in isreal. How many people did die there ?? What about the iraqies who killed an awful lot of kurds in northern iraq. How about the turks killing the same people with their campaigns in nothern iraq. With all of their events. How many women and children died up there. Now please don't ignore that.

I'm not going to defend the american campains of the US in the middle east, though the one in afghanistan was defendable.

I saw the video link posted here in the UT a few month back showing a woman explaining the problem of the muslim society and really have to agree with much of what she said.

The muslim world has many internal problems and the classic and very effective way of hiding those problem is to find an enemy. Every country with internal problems have to find an enemy. This currently is happening in the US as well (They have lots of problems but the try to keep it away from the newschannels by distracting from the real issues). For the palestinian world it is basically poverty. There is lack of everything. A good government, education, food, housing, etc. I can perfectly understand how those people look at the jewish society.

OTOH, if you look at the jews, they see their citizens blown up by terrorists. Do you really expect them to sit and wait silently to the next attack ?? Do you really know what happend in the 60's when the arabic world invaded isreal ?? Do you really expect then to have much respect from the jews ?? And in affect do you really think that isreal is going to sit and wait until IRAN has developped a military nuclear program, now that their leaders essentially have called for the distruction of isreal.

It will continue to be a struggle for several decades and maybe longer if there is no progress in the palestinian situation. However arguing that the internation world should improve this, really is a misnomer. The palestians have receive significant aids to form a palestinian state. However as shown in iraq (the us will fail to force democracy in iraq and will fail in its attempt to force democracy in china) YOU CANNOT FORCE CHANGES FROM OUTSIDE. The changes have to be triggered from within the palestinian (and in a sense the whole islamic) world.

I can tell you that whenever there is going to be an economic boom in the muslim world (for all its citizens), things will change rapidly. People should look at what they can reach themselves rather beeing jelous at anothers possession. Those others (don't look at individuals, but more at the collective side) might have worked very hard to reach what they have right now.

The jews, certainly have achieved a lot in this world. On the average they have an excellent feeling for science and business. This is why you see a lot of jews in top positions. Having clients in north america, you'll see that a lot of jews drive profitable businesses. I knew one personally, who had escaped the death camp in germany, went to the US with absolutely nothing and build up an imperium in the medical field. You cannot do anything else than admire such person of what he did achieve.

Do you ever objectively wonder why jews are found in many top positions?

Lets say that we evacuate every jew out of isreal and turn the land into palerstina again. Do you really think this would solve the issues in the muslim world ???? I think you're not going to convince anyone on this forum that it would.

The muslim world, if it wants to play a role in the international world, need to grow up an do more about education, so that it could take away hatred, build up a stable society, after which an economic boom would occur as it did happen in asia. After that it could taking leading roles in the world.
