I think so it's a big grey zone. In Germany for about two millions of turks are living. Turks blame germans for racism and germans think so they don't do have racist opinions.
My brother lives in Germany. His wife said me "I'm fluent in german but when a german tell me somethings he/she ask me 'do you undestand me?'". She think is a racist behaviour. But if you asked a german he'll say I'm trying to help her.
I can't go Germany so I cannot decise on that issue. What ironic how can people in there think me as a racist.
