Spencer,
What does Keyboard '{tab}' before you call your form do?

>We have a particular modal form with a scrolling grid that contains 20 columns, more columns than the form can show at once.

>The problem: When the form initially displays, the last column, not the first has focus. That is, the grid's contents has been scrolled completely to its horizontal right-hand end.

>I have now spent considerable time and have tried things such as putting both (and separately) mygrid.ACTIVATECELL(1,1) and mygrid.DOSCROLL(6) in both the form's INIT and ACTIVATE events but still see the problem.
>
>If, however, I suspend the program I can successfully issue mygrid.DOSCROLL(6) from the command window until mygrid.LEFTCOLUM == 1.

>In the past I have used grids in hundreds of forms and cannot recall encountering this.

>Thanks in advance.
