This is going to sound like I'm a shill for the company, but...

I just bought this utility yesterday as we had thousands of HTML files, in many directories, that had to have some text replaced. It handled it great and took all of about 10 seconds. Well worth the admission price of $25. I don't buy many utilities - there are plenty of free ones usually for what I need to do - but this one goes beyond the norm. Very sweet!
