Won't happen. If you found some magic way to get rid of the whole idea of the NAACP, or United Negro Fund etc, all that would happen is that Blacks would go back to having no reinforcement groups. White racism is not necessarily any longer at the stage of lynchings, but it still exists under the surface in far too many people. Blacks would be bypassed for jobs in favour of whites (maybe even subconsciously - but it would happen), their schooling would suffer etc.

It's lovely that you believe that everyone is motivated by a sense of fairness and honour, but at best John, it's a naive belief.

Get rid of the Black support groups, and you will not suddenly have a world, job market etc governed by true fair play.
