I danno. I have no objection as long as the white mayors met in a constructive way.
It might give some minorities heart burn, though, because of American history which is sprinkled with injustices suffered by minorities at the hands of whites who dominated politically, economically, and socially. Remember, at one time blacks and other minorities where in the position of complete servitude (eg slaves) to aristocratic plantation owner. At one time black could not even vote. In acquiring the right to vote, the US waged the most expensive war in its history in terms of American lives lost, to give blacks the right to vote. Even then, there were debates in congress whether a vote by a black would count 100% or as only 2/3 of a white vote. All of these inequalities suffered by minorities at the hands of dominate whites, give justification as to why minorities might become concerned over an exclusively, whites only, meeting of mayors.
If there were a meeting of white mayors, its could cost them politically.
