Also there can be some network problems, not to close table after use etc. My suggestion is first copy all on XP machine and run your application. Check to see if this error will appear again.
Excuse me... I forget to say this detail... if I copy to local computer the error don't appear.
Are instaled all files in server. In client michines are only short cut.
