I write in more than one language that uses accents. It is much easier to set your keybard to US-International that to have to press ALT-key combinations. This works in every version of Windows, desktops and laptops. You can get almost any letter you need with the same US keyboard layout: áéíóúàèìòùüçÁÉÍÓÚ -- easy!
