It's so simple.

There are about two million of turks living in Germany. They everytime supports left-winged parties in Germany. Actually turks in Germany usually conservative people. But German conservative parties are christian based parties (one of them name even christian-right party).

So I think so your conservative party is a christian-based party (I remembered Bush even talked about crusade last year). How can other religied people support it?
