After seeing the MS page (that Carlos graciously pointed out on this thread), I thought it was a nice issue to blog about as it might help some other people. It takes a little getting used to as you now need to press a space after a double quote if you want a double quote before a vowel (as in "a little red car"). I'm so used to it that I don't even notice it anymore and it trips me every time I use somebody else's PC.
