This problem has come up since we converted to VFP 9. [..] Our application is running in a top level form. [..] The first time previewing from the exe, all the multiple parts open in the _screen. But after the first time previewing, then all multiple part reports show the same behavior - the first part previews in the _screen and all other parts preview in the top level form.

Are you running with SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 90? Do you see the same problem with SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 80?
