In addition to the tables that Jose mentioned, you also need to distribute the errorlog.dbf table (located in your application's root directory) and the classes.dbf table (located in the Common30\libs directory). If you'd like you can bind the classes.dbf into your .exe by including it in your project.

Classes.dbf is used by the Framework's Abstract Factory to instantiate Framework components.
