The Universal Thread is not their primary means of support.

All I have to do is call them when I have a problem. If it is not urgent, I simply post a message on their own forum. This model ensures that all messages remain available to all users of the product (with the Universal Thread, you have to maintain an active membership to see all previous posts (or search them). I don't think Micro4 wants to deal with a situation such as that. But, to make sure, you should talk to Trent Taylor and the boys in Amarillo (www.strataframe.com)
