I'm with you. Getting away from your desk is a good thing. I had that conversation with someone at GLGDW (coming back to the thread topic). People were talking about not taking lunch breaks or eating at their desk. I said that I always take a lunch break and often, by the time I get back to my desk, I've solved whatever problem I was on before lunch.
