Yep, I had exactly what you state and that seems to cause some problem, as follows:

C:\Dev\Gemini\gem.exe -t -cc:\dev\gemini\config.fpw

Once I removed the -t and -c config items from the shortcut and made it only the call of the EXE, the program no longer had a problem, in other words, no more "Parameter statement is not found" error.
