I don't remember last time I used PARAMETERS and not LPARAMETERS. So I guess I would still use the "t" + "var type" + "var name" convention. I would make a note in my source code for those cases where PARAMETERS would be used that the parameters are passed by reference. After all, even when we have a good variable naming convention, commenting code helps.
