I tried this, the default action is to place in the main VFP window unless there is an active form (then is supposted to active in the active window). However, this does not work for forms defined as .ShowWindow = '2 - AS Top Level'; the popup occurs in the main VFP window, not the Top Level form. Thank you.

I found a solution by dynamically assigning the form.name property at run-time in the form's INIT event.
