Given that you are using installshield you may look and see if there is a merge module for the C++ 8.0 runtimes, or you can look at the following blog post I made that details the what and how of installing the C++ runtimes for your application (look for the section of the blog post that is headed with "Important note about the required C++ runtime libraries"). The blog post deals with another library I released for free, but the information still applies for vfpencryption.fll as it was built using Visual Studio 2005's C++ 8.0. Here's the link...
