You will need to do the equivalent of an LS command out to a file and parse the result file to see which files made it to the server and which ones didn't. Or you might write all the output of the original mput session to a file and parse that checking for error output.

Or use some of the classes here that wrap the API calls that will actually give you success/fail status on each operation.
