I, too, attended the TakeNote Computing classes (this past April/May, I had all of them except the Client Server class - my boss doesn't see us going C-S for sometime yet.) and highly recommend it.

They are based in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. Jim Duffy is the instructor. Jim is an excellent instructor. He keeps your attention, inspires indepenant creativity, gives addtional time to his students whenever possible, and keeps excellent track of where each student is in the process of learning the new material. Jim makes sure that nobody is lost (or bored), and that everybody arrives at the intended destination.
