That's pretty wild. I was surprised that the Red Wings and Stars got blasted in the first round but didn't realize it was an across the board sweep for the underdogs (in the west, "west" defined loosely enough in the NHL to include Detroit).

BTW, nice shoutout to Charlie Parker. He did more in his tumultuous 35 years than most people do in a lifetime. There has not been a saxophonist since who doesn't owe something to him.
