>>>Even illegal aliens have some rights here in the USA. They cannot be dispatched without taking them through the system. The Supremes have ruled they will be afforded some due process. Personally, I think they should be incarcerated and sentenced to work for the state for 7 years. The mere act of being on our soil, is primae facia evidence of guilt.

>>Jeez, I hope that's tongue-in-cheek. Surely your way would mean they stay on "your soil" for 7 years more than you wanted them there. And, during that time, do you feed them starvation rations so that they'll have worked themselves to death and thus save the cost of repatriation?

>>Due process-schmocess - you're here - you're alien - you've no visa - case closed!

>No, it's not unbelievable. It's the law of the land.

No the law of the land isn't what you propose.

What I'm saying is, even though you go through due process, by your words it's a one-way, open-and-shut process. IOW what's the point - might as well be like issuing a traffic violation ticket - and off they go.

>No one is devoid of rights in our country, according to the Supreme court. As a matter of fact, even our prisoner's of war have a right to due process!

Oh well, we're in a debatable area here. Is "due process" another one of those euphomisms like "extrordinary endition", is due process being observed by denying so many young men the right to a life, that are being held indefinitely at Guantanamo Bay, without charge? If the "War on Terror" should ever end, and just 10 of those prisoners are found to be guilty just of being in the wrong place at teh wrong time, how can they be given back teir lost years/youth

>As for feeding the illegals, see my other responses. They would feed themselves.
