I have just recently upgraded my outlook client from 97 to 2000. I use the current default mailbox to programmatically send mails out using the OutlookMail class using my application. The mailing works fine but what I have noticed is that whenever the program mails it opens another process named outlook.exe which you can see in Task Manager. When my engine finishes dependant of how many mails will mean I have the equivalent in processes in Task Manager.

Any ideas how I can kill these processes or why they occurring, I didnt get them with 97?
