Thanks for your coopration but in sample u use sa and ??? or Blank password but it is not work in ODBC Connection and when i am using "sampleclient" account and "frodo" password under in SQL server Authentication using a login ID and password entered by the user. but it is also not work pleas help me

This reply probably isn't going to be as helpful as you would like. I wouldn't expect your server names or login names or passwords to be the same as the one in my article unless you are following through the example exactly as written. You should know the administrator user id and password for your SQL Server instance, and you should be able to connect to the SQL Server from inside the FoxPro IDE (using SQLCONNECT() or SQLSTRINGCONNECT(), etc) before going much further with either my article or your application development. If you are unable to accomplish this, then you have some basic concepts to learn. The VFP help file should be useful at this point. I advise looking at the following topics:
