You need to explain more.
Are you failing to connect through VFP or "ODBC Data Source Administrator" in Control Panel?
If you are unable to connect via ODBC Data Source Administrator, try configuring the network setting using "Client Network Utility" check enabled protocol list.
If it is VFP which is not connecting. Run SQL Upsizing Wizard and upsize TasTrade data, just for test.
