I have the right-click menu anomonly occuring in three places on the top-level form:

1. Open commandbutton as a MRU list
2. Treeview active-x as options to act on the selected tree node
3. Edit pop-up in a custom editor (active-x)

Each of these objects are located on the main form or a container on the main form. Also, these forms are designed to run in the VFP development environment (used by developers working in VFP). These forms are not compiled as independent executables. The forms are top-level to take advantage of a second monitor (docked forms did not behave well) if available. This is occurring when the form is executed from the Command Window (DO xxx.app) and have multiple instances of the same form in the VFP development environment.

>> This only works if the form is in the VFP screen; if the form's
>> ShowWindow='2 - As Top-level' the above code will default to the
>> main vfp screen -- not desired. The IN SCREEN clause is still required.

>Does this happen if the menu is called from the active form's rightclick method? We have a lot of top-level forms and I have not seen this behaviour.
