I'm not sure what the problem is. Merely switch the machine you are using as the Win95 file and print server to Windows NT workstation. NT Workstation allows for up to 10 client connections? (I think I'm right about this?)

Of course, if you want to expand beyond 10 simultaneous connections, you will have to get WinNT Server.
