Bugger, I thought that was it, when I tried to release the loapplication it was still hanging around but by releasing the other 2 I could clean it up.

You could change the createobject to a getobject as in the ealier example, this would still mean there was one instance always left over which isnt ideal.

I'll keep thinking.
